Studio Policies
In order to provide an attentive experience to all our clients, please note the following policies:
- No camera/cell phones are allowed at sessions, or at photo or order sessions.
- In case of rain or severe weather, the studio reserves the right to postpone the session, but no more than 2 weeks.
- Sessions may be rescheduled by the client once; otherwise the retainer will be forfeited.
- There is a $525 minimum order for all sessions. (not including session fee)
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but current pricing at time of booking is honored for one month after sessions occur.
- The session fee does not include digital images or products
- The session fee is requested at the time of booking
- All prices subject to local sales tax rates (based on zip code of shoot location)
- Due to the custom nature of portraits, all orders must be paid for in full with seven (7) days of gallery expiration OR in-studio viewing session. Orders placed after seven (7) days of gallery expiration OR in-studio viewing session are subject to a 20% fee on order total.
- Our studio accepts cash, checks, and credit card payments ; credit/debit subject to 3.5% transaction fee.
- To make room for new clients, unordered images will be purged from our systems 30 days after your session. Ordered images will be archived in our system for six (6) months for holiday cards and reorders
- Photos are ready for viewing within 2 weeks of photoshoot
- You will be shown a minimum of twenty (20) images from your photo session. Any image that does not meet the quality standards set by Jenna Boogerd Photography will not be shown or available for purchase.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Printing, copying, downloading or scanning images without written consent is strictly prohibited.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Session Fee: The session fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The session fee is based on the type of session you selected. The session fee secures your session date, covers the time and talent of Jenna Boogerd and DOES NOT include any images or product. Please mail the session fee to, Jenna Boogerd |6403 Burden Blvd Suite D | Pasco, WA 99301. If the session fee is not received within fourteen (14) days of the booking, the session date will be released. I accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. * please note all credit card transactions will have an added 3.5% processing fee
- Collection and a la Carte Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time; however the prices in effect at the time your paid session was booked will remain as such for your scheduled shoot.
- Photo Integrity: Any image that may contain closed eyes, motion blur, or does not meet the standards of Jenna Boogerd will not be available for viewing or purchase.
- Printing Release: The printing release grants you permission to print your selected photos. You are free to print and send these photos for any lawful purpose; however, you are prohibited from altering the image in any form (Photoshop, other editing programs, etc.).
- Jenna Boogerd Photography Style: In the photos, Jenna Boogerd provides a variety of custom, post-processed photographic edits. Part of Jenna Boogerd Photography’s style is the way the images are processed. The way the photo is edited is considered final, and may not be available in another form. Please be sure to review the Jenna Boogerd Photography website and to ensure this style meets your needs before booking a session. Any additional editing requests will be billable at the rate of $75 per hour.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations: Sessions are subject to rescheduling due to illness or weather complications. Re-shoots are at the discretion of Jenna Boogerd. Re-shoots are not given for regretful personal choices; such as hair style or clothing choice or lack of participation my an individual.
MINI SESSION POLICY
- MINI Session Fee: The session fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. Mini Session prices are limited time offers and may include prints, digital downloads or cds. Please see your contract for specifics. Please mail the session fee to, Jenna Boogerd |6403 Burden Blvd Suite D | Pasco, WA 99301. If the session fee is not received within fourteen (14) days of the booking, the session date will be released. I accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. * please note all credit card transactions will have an added 3.5% processing fee

- Digital Image Delivery: Final edited images from mini sessions will be delivered in an online format. You will receive a link to download your images at your convince and save to what ever media format you desire. A CD or USB drive will not be provided. You may purchase a CD for $15 or a USB for $40 in addition to your mini session if you choose to do so. Otherwise all images will be for DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY.
- Jenna Boogerd Photography Style: In the photos, Jenna Boogerd provides a variety of custom, post-processed photographic edits. Copyright Policy
All images are the sole property of Jenna Boogerd Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright laws. Images may NOT be reproduced (which includes copy, scan, download, print, e-mail) without the expressed written permission of Jenna Boogerd Photography. Jenna Boogerd retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use. Copying images without permission is punishable by law up to a $150,000 fine.
