This contract is put into place to secure your session with Jenna Boogerd Photography and to ensure expectations of both parties have been communicated. Please make sure you have read and understand all policies and terms outlined on the TERMS tab of this website. If you have any questions please contact Jenna before your session.

PRICING AGREEMENT
I agree to all pricing (i.e. booking fee, session fee, collections, and a la cart pricing) I agree that I have read and acknowlege Jenna Boogerd Photography's investmennt sheet and any questions I may have about pricing have been answered. I understand the Session fee ($150) is due at the time of booking to secure my spot and is non-refundable. I understand that the session fee DOES NOT INCLUDE any digital files or prints.

*I understand that there will be a 3% convenience fee for any Credit card transactions made through paypal.

I understand I can avoid the convenience fee by sending funds as "friends & family" on paypal. OR by submitting payment through VENMO.

I give Jenna Boogerd Photography, to use and publish photographs of me (or my family), or in which i may appear, for purposes of display or advertisement to show the quality of work by Jenna Boogerd Photography. This may include, but is not limited to:: Blogs, Websites, Facebook, Advertisements, Magazines, Print Materials, and Portfolios. I herby release Jenna Boogerd and Jenna Boogerd Photography from all claims and liability retaiing to said photographs from the photoshoot outlined in this contract.
